Paul’s bakery was created from the family’s first bakery business “The golden crust” established in 1950 by Edward Sims, Edward’s son Andrew worked as a young boy for his father and later followed in his footsteps to create the now “Paul’s Bakery” which opened in 1989. Andrew provided the local people and business’ with freshly made produce and quickly developed an outstanding reputation in the community for quality baked goods. After a successful 30 year period, Andrew proudly passed the keys to his Son Gary Sims who is the current owner of the well established bakery based in Seaton, Devon. Gary currently has 2 of his children whom now also work in the bakery following the family tradition of creating a great line of future bakers.
